Marshalls

The guardians of the playfield. They ensure safety, fair play, and rule compliance throughout the entire event.

Organization & Logistics

Planning, construction, infrastructure — the work begins months before the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Game Direction

The game masters develop scenarios, coordinate factions, and manage the game flow in real time.

Tech & Stage

Sound, lighting, communications — the tech crew provides the infrastructure across the entire site.
